Pool service leads across Texas
Every pool in your area on one map — with the owner's name and mailing address, and flags for new owners, new pools and pools due for resurfacing. Then route them, quote them and get paid from the truck.
From $149 a month. About what one route customer pays you — or take all of Houston for $599.

Most pool companies grow by referral and by luck — a truck in a driveway, a neighbor who asks. Texas Pool Finder replaces the luck with a list: every pool in your area, who owns it, how big it is, and which ones are worth the drive.
Open it at 7 a.m. and know exactly which doors to hit.
Every pool carries the owner's name and mailing address, on the card, so you can see exactly who to write to and where. Absentee and out-of-state owners are flagged — often rentals or second homes.
Every pool gets a lead score, and the map tells you why it scored that way — pool age, size, home value, how long since it sold. Sort by it and work down the list.
Sold in the last year, and built in the last year. A new owner often has no pool company yet, and a new pool has never been serviced. Both are flagged as soon as our data picks them up.
Plaster usually lasts 10–15 years. Every pool 12 years or older is flagged, with the year it was built — a remodel list you can work without knocking a single door.
Satellite and Street View of every property. In Harris, Fort Bend and Brazoria the card also carries pool square footage, gallons, spa and enclosure, so you can size the job before you leave the shop.
Drop stops on a day, set your minutes per stop, and it orders them into real driving directions from your shop. Tick them off from the truck.
Not a pin on a map. A record you can sort, filter and work down.
Pool detail varies by county. In Tarrant and Collin we have no pool size, age or spa data at all. The table under pricing shows exactly what your area carries before you buy.
A small number of owner names are withheld by law. Those properties still appear on your map and are still mailable — the name is simply marked as withheld rather than guessed at.
The list is the start. These are what turn it into a week's work.
Drop stops onto a day, set how long you spend at each, and it orders them into a real driving route from your shop — not a straight line between pins.
Fewer miles between stops means another job in the same day.
Mark a property as a customer, contacted, or saved for later. Write notes against the address — gate code, dog, where the equipment pad is.
The map remembers what you learned, so the second visit is never a cold one.
Build a quote at the gate and send it before you drive off. Your logo, your colors, your terms — it comes out as a PDF that looks like your company produced it, not a tool you rent. Turn an accepted quote into an invoice without retyping it.
The fastest quote usually wins. This one leaves while you are still standing in the driveway.
Every quote and invoice you have sent, with what is paid, part‑paid, due soon or overdue. Record a payment in two taps. Unpaid totals show on the icon until they're paid.
Most small companies lose more to uninvoiced and unchased work than to lost bids.
Put a weekly clean or a quarterly filter change on a property and it tells you when the next one is due. Overdue work is flagged until you tick it off.
Keep the customers you already won.
Every appointment, quote, service and route day on one month view, color-coded by what's upcoming, done, logged or overdue.
Know what Thursday looks like before Thursday.
Type what you want in plain English — large pools in 77024 that sold this year, say — and the map filters itself to the answer.
Nobody on your crew needs training to use it.
Build a set of filters once — large pools, sold this year, past due for plaster — bookmark it, and it is one tap next time.
Monday's list is waiting for you instead of being rebuilt every week.
Switch the map to satellite, or zoom straight to one backyard. See the deck, the screen enclosure and the access gate before you quote.
Quote from what's actually there, not from what the address suggests.
The forecast for the area you're looking at, hour by hour and seven days out, including a freeze warning.
Move the rain days before the rain, not after.
No app store, no install, no tablet. It opens in the browser on the phone already in your pocket, and your notes follow you — write one in the truck, it's on the office computer when you get back.
Nothing new for your crew to carry or learn.
A pool route customer is worth somewhere around $150 a month, and they stay for years. A resurface is several thousand in one go. You do not need the map to work often — you need it to work once.
A Local area runs $149 a month — one route customer, and it has paid for itself. All of Houston, 193,746 pools, is $599 — about $3 per thousand pools. Put a postcard in front of the homes that just changed hands, and the arithmetic stops being close.
A Local area around your shop — a radius or the ZIP codes you already work — or a whole metro. One flat price either way.
Pay by card on Stripe. Your map is built automatically, usually within minutes, and we email you a link to set your password. Nothing to install — it opens in the browser on your phone.
Filter to new owners, sort by score, build Monday's route. Notes and customers save as you go.
Pick a Local area around your shop, or take a whole metro. Billed monthly, or pay yearly and save 20% with no setup fee. Cancel anytime.
The price shown is what you pay each month, Texas sales tax included. You see it again on the secure checkout page before you pay. Areas are not exclusive.
Address, owner name, mailing address and home value are on virtually every record (99.8%+); last sale date is on 97%. Pool detail varies by county, and the difference is real. These are the actual fill rates, counted from the map you'd get. Montgomery County: commercial pools and a small number of residential pools only (about 480) — most residential pools there are not itemized in our data.

33 counties across Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin, Corpus Christi, Beaumont–Port Arthur and the San Antonio area are live today. We build new metros where pool companies ask for them — put your name down and we'll tell you the day yours is live. San Antonio itself (Bexar County) isn't live yet — pick it below to get on the list.
Yes. Every record is lawfully obtained, then cleaned, verified and kept current by us. We never append phone numbers or email addresses, and we never buy or look them up: what you get is the property, the owner's name and their mailing address.
Type your ZIP or city and we draw the biggest area that fits your Local plan — $149/mo per 5,000 pools, up to 15,000, and never more than the whole metro — or pick ZIP codes, or choose a whole metro. Every plan is billed monthly, or yearly at 20% off with no setup fee.
Reach the homeowners most likely to need you before anyone else does: new owners who just bought a home with a pool, brand-new pools, and pools old enough to need resurfacing. Texas Pool Finder puts every pool in your area on one map with the owner's name and mailing address, flags those moments, and scores every property so you can mail and knock the best prospects first.
Filter the map to pools whose home sold in the last year. Each one shows the owner's name and mailing address, so you can send a welcome postcard or stop by before they pick a pool company.

Yes. Most one-truck operators start with Local: $149 a month for the 5,000 pools closest to their route. One new weekly customer usually covers the subscription.
No. It opens in any browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. Nothing to download and nothing to keep updated.
Yes. Add ZIP codes or another radius any time from the menu in the app — you see the new price before you confirm, pay the prorated difference that day, and your map rebuilds with the new area within minutes. To remove area, email us and the lower price starts at your next renewal.
Each county is rebuilt on its own schedule, and new pools and new sales show up on your map automatically when we rebuild. Your map shows the as-of date for your area. Property details change, so always confirm before you quote a job.
A bought list tells you an address. It does not tell you who owns it, what the house is worth, that it sold four months ago to someone who has never hired a pool company — or, in Houston, that the pool is 1,400 square feet and built in 2004. That is the difference between a mass mailing and a list of reasons to call.
You get the owner name and mailing address for every pool in the area you pay for, on the property card, for as long as you subscribe. Mail them, visit them and follow up — within the outreach laws that apply to your business. What you are buying is access to the map rather than a copy of the data, so there is no bulk download of the list itself.
No. Month to month, billed by card. Cancel anytime and you keep access to the end of the billing period you paid for. Prefer to pay once a year? The yearly plan is 20% off — pick Yearly above the price.
Minutes. Pay on the secure checkout page, your map builds automatically, and we email you a link to set your password. No call, no paperwork.
No — areas aren't exclusive, and we won't pretend otherwise. Most companies only ever work a small share of the pools around them. The ones who win are the ones who mail and knock first.
Cancel anytime. You keep access through the end of your current billing cycle. Your notes, customers and saved filters are kept for 180 days after that, so if you come back in the off-season your work is still there.
